The catalog for the MODO collection, developed by Pininfarina in collaboration with Green House, was designed to reflect the elegance, innovation, and sophistication that define the Italian brand.
With a clean and timeless layout, the catalog presents the furniture pieces with strong visual impact, using realistic render images that highlight the harmony between design and nature. The environments evoke serenity, functionality, and exclusivity.
The concept for the catalog was based on the visual direction initially developed for the MODO collection folder I created previoulsy. I researched Pininfarina’s official materials to better align with their brand identity, noting their emphasis on elegance, purity, and innovation.

PININFARINA CATALOG

I also noticed the frequent use of clean visuals, fluid lines, and hand-drawn sketches in their communications. Wanting to reflect this characteristic, I initially asked a colleague, Andryelle Engel, my sister who is an artist, to create sketches that I could incorporate throughout the catalog.
Later in the process, Pininfarina appreciated the idea and provided their own official sketches to be added to the final design. Below, I share my initial sketches and layout ideas to illustrate the creative process and how the concept evolved from the first drafts to the final piece.
This project was developed under a tight deadline. Despite facing a health issue during the final delivery, I was responsible for the creative direction, editorial structure, and full design layout.
Some images were updated and the color palette page was added later by another team member, Janaína Santos, but the overall design and content were developed by me.
The catalog was designed to feature both Portuguese and English versions in a unique format: when you flip the catalog upside down, it seamlessly transitions to the other language.
This approach allowed both versions to coexist in a single publication while maintaining an elegant and functional user experience, perfectly aligned with the international essence of the collection.
